GROUND DRIVE

DISCHARGE CONVEYOR

• Hydraulically driven discharge conveyor
• Rear wall of base loading conveyor behind knives/saw shaft is built of heavy plate to reduce damage and penetration when blade segments come off
• Increased height to seal area above conveyor frame and top of loader frame to stop/reduce material blowing over the top of the conveyor and onto hydraulic tank and engine
• Hinges and a latch to the base loading conveyor end cover on the right side/end of the loading conveyor to provide easy service access to the chain, sprockets, bearings, and slats

PICKUP CONVEYOR

• Front tire protection from loading conveyor outboard chain via plate with bent down ends to protect front tires from broken chain falling

• Hydrostatic driven 9-blade saw (42″ diameter) on a high tensile steel tubular head shaft mounted on 2 heavy duty bearings which give any billet length required by the customer
